Central PA (thunderstorms last night)
Penns is at a nice level and did not get blown out yesterday. It did bump up, but has leveled off. I know what I use on Penns right now…do you?
Spring and Big Fishing Creek are just fine. Look for Caddis, BWO and start throwing crawling bugs.
Upper central PA, Big Pine, Little Pine, Young Womens, Sinnemahoning and Kettle are high.
Fishing Creek in Bloomsburg is in good shape. Caddis and Ants.
Lehigh, was on the low side when Nick was guiding this week. It did come up last night, but not too much. Drift don’t wade. Big stuff to bring them up. Should fish good into July. Don’t forget about the feeder creeks.
Tulpehocken Creek is at a good level, 165cfs, BUT water release from the dam is 70 degrees, not good.
The Manatawny is not fishable at all right now. We received heavy rain and it is running over 1,000cfs and should be around 50cfs. And still rising.
Susquehanna river is up and off color, Not a good choice for awhile.
